Giveaway Project and Expectations

Have you noticed most Healthpreneurs have never participated in a virtual giveaway event. And, it’s a new space for this type of conversation, so the communication waves are not saturated with these messages on health, making it a great time for Healthpreneurs to show up as part of a gift giving event.

The real key is in what you do after the event that counts towards the effectiveness of a giveaway.

In my opinion, many Healthpreneurs haven't participated in events like this because there is a reluctance to show up powerfully the digital world, and many are just not comfortable with managing their visibility online. That used to be me.

Today, as a result of the pandemic, we have all gained a new appreciation for the value that can be gained moving forward in this digital world, and guess what? It’s not going away.

Even as we return to in person events and opportunities, the digital space is where all future growth will be measured and now is the time to move in that direction, make offerings that can get you beyond your local environment and help make an impact in the lives of exponentially more people.

 

How you will grow exponentially into the future is with digital products and providing access to you via the online environment.
 

Is that something you see yourself doing or desiring to do, or do more of?

 

 

Here are some of the questions and answers we want to share with you:

 

1. What is the overall objective of the WHOLE HEALTH IMPACT Holiday Giveaway? 

The overall objective is to reach as many people nationally and globally to promote the message of “Using Lifestyle and Food As Medicine”. With more than 50% of the US population being in ill health, obese, suffering from chronic illness and more, we believe there is a much bigger untapped audience for the conversation of using lifestyle and food as medicine, meaning more people to help.

The giveaway is our way of making a bigger positive impact through a collaborative effort that has been proven successful for years, helping dozens of Healthpreneurs make their mark in the health and wellness industry. 

Names like Deepak Chopra, JJ Virgin, Natalie Ledwell, Dr. Joel Furhman, and so many more have been a part of collaborative events like this. If you know those names, you know them because of a collaborative Summit or list building event.

We are giving Healthpreneurs a chance to be a part of one that is Whole Health, Holiday (Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and New Years), and NEW YEAR focused.


 

2. How many years have you been doing this WHOLE HEALTH IMPACT Holiday Giveaway?  

This is our first annual and it’s the newest initiative and list-building service provided by the P3 Academy team. Healthpreneur Dynamics is the name under which we deliver the Giveaways, Summits and other collaborative visibility initiates we will be doing throughout the year.

As a service provider, I’ve been participating in giveaways as a part of the client teams. As a consumer, I’ve participated by being that person who signed up to a list because they were offering items I thought valuable enough to exchange my name and email address for, or my desire to establish a deeper relationship with a provider was the driver.
 


3. What is the anticipated audience reach with this giveaway?

The dynamic of a list-building collaboration is that everyone who participates will be sharing the giveaway with their email list and social media channels. With our list alone of nearly 8,000, our social media reach of almost 12,000 and the lists of a few Healthpreneurs with list numbers of 25k and more, along with all of our social media reach, and the ads strategy we will employ, we have a targeted reach of 100,000+.

 

4. What can an individual Healthpreneur expect for list conversion? 

Our team goal is to help you increase your list and thus your community(ies) by 10-20% with each event we do. This is only a starting point. What grows your list to convert from interested to a paying client is what you do after the giveaway.

 

5. Do you have any facts and figures on the success of the giveaway?

The giveaway event is an incentivized list building venture. It can create a new potential client relationships, or for those who may have just been watching you, allow them to re-engage getting closer to becoming a next level potential buyer.

I like to teach giving value to getting paid as being a relationship building practice of Gary Vaynerchuk’s ‘Give, Give, Give, Ask’ methodology. You balance communication so it’s a give and take and it’s like dating before marriage, where marriage is when you enroll someone into a paid project.

This can be quick in some instances and may take time in others. It is truly the reason, short videos, webinars, masterclasses, and low cost ($7 to under $299) items are successful in the trust building cycle, while adding value. It can take time to move people through your trust cycle to spending money with you.  

Our system is set for you to get the highest result by following these steps once someone has added themselves to your list. You provide 
(1) A welcome email, and 
(2) Shortly thereafter, a nurturing email helping them to get to know you and what you do better. 
(3) After that, we recommend 1 to 2 more value giving nurturing communications before you ask, or let them know something is coming. 

The fact is that collaborative events like this are successful when everyone participates as designed. For us, we will be using this event to gather the data and compiling the statistics of our success and we would be honored to have you as a part of that success.
 

6. How are the communications out structured?

We have a calendar of email and social media posting events that share 1 message per day through all of our channels. 15 of those days, a Healthpreneur will be Featured and their gift. If you are one of the 15, you have a much better chance of being seen and having your gift selected by more.

 

7. What are the Giveaway dates and why was this timeframe selected?

The first message out to the market happens on December 26th and messages will run through January 22nd, 2022. One message each day will be released on a staggered time schedule (morning, noon and afternoon/early evening). Because of the Holiday and the opportunity to share, people will feel compelled to look now, sign up for 1 or 2 things, when they see it again in a day or two or a week, especially as the Featured Healthpreneurs are seen, they will sign up for more, and be more likely to share.

 

8. Will you be collecting data and sharing with each of the participating Healthrpeneurs?

Yes, we will be collecting data by surveying Heathpreneurs once the Giveaway has ended. We will be asking for # of additions to your email list. We will share that data with the group and use it as a benchmark for our future events.

Data from other successful giveaway events indicate that at an anticipated 5-7% list conversion rate, it's possible to have 50 to 100 new sign ups or more to your list. 

 

9. Can I refer another Healthpreneur to take part in the event?

Yes, we would love for you to share this and help us grow our Healthpreneur collaborators. 

We want Healthpreneurs to Unite to be the Positive Impact Makers that play a major role in helping to heal the world.

What happens after the event?

After all that you will have a new list of subscribers. They are yours to nurture and warm up, so they are ready when you decide to pitch them an offer.

And, the event will have helped to cement you as an authority in your specialized area. Especially after giving away a prize that is helpful to the winner (or new subscriber,) and you’ve helped them solve a real problem. They’ll be more likely to trust what you have to say.

A group giveaway event requires some thought and organization. But the resulting list of new subscribers will be a valuable asset you’ll own into the future. The return on investment should make it worthwhile.

It will be an ongoing job to nurture the list you have just created. That job is worthwhile and will result in more sales opportunities for you.

 

It’s All About Relationship Building With Your New Subscribers

Finally, you’ll need to build a relationship with your new readers. Do this by creating meaningful, useful emails for them to consume.

Enjoy the process, and it won’t feel like work at all. You’re just getting to know your audience. Always be coming from a helpful place. Ask yourself how what you are sharing helps them or makes their life better or easier.

Assist them with their various problems. Which you can learn about through your research and by just asking.

In this way, you will position yourself as a trusted source of information. People will grow to know, like, and trust you. Then they will be more willing to consider buying when you do offer them one of your products or an affiliate offer later on.

Eventually, some of them may become high paying clients. It’s up to you to show them how you can make their lives better. You know they need help in some area of their life, show them what you can do for them that will change their lives. Then they’ll be likely to consider buying from you. Even a small percentage of buyers who make it through your funnel is great for your business. And ultimately the more buyers you have the more you will get, as they spread the word.
